Replacement Policy
In rare cases where you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receipt. Kindly provide an unboxing video showing the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Products are non-refundable but eligible for replacement if reported within the 7-day window.
- Replacement requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be entertained.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different type or variation, please reach out to us within 7 days. The shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
Coupon/Voucher Redemption and Payment Gateway Integration
- Customers who find a coupon/voucher in their purchased bag can redeem it for money to be applied to future purchases or payments. This voucher can be used to offset payment amounts when utilizing our payment gateway during checkout.
