SANDSOLL INDIA LLP built the Sandsoll app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by SANDSOLL INDIA LLP and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
- Mobile Number: Used for account registration, login verification (OTP), and fraud prevention.
- UPI ID: Collected strictly for the purpose of transferring the legitimate cashback amount earned through scanning valid reward coupons. We do not collect, store, or process any sensitive bank account passwords, debit/credit card details, or UPI PINs.
- Camera Access: The app requires camera permissions exclusively to scan the QR codes/barcodes on the reward coupons found inside Sandsoll product packaging. We do not capture, store, or upload your personal photos or videos.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify the authenticity of the scanned reward coupons.
- To process and transfer the cashback to your provided UPI ID.
- To communicate with you regarding your account, rewards, and app updates.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent activities or misuse of the reward program.
3. Security & Fraud Prevention We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
- No Calls for OTP: SANDSOLL INDIA LLP will never call or message you asking for your OTP, UPI PIN, or bank details.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing the correct UPI ID. We are not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect UPI ID entered by the user.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion (User Rights) We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
How to Delete Your Data: As per Google Play policies, you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you can do so by:
- Going to the “Profile” or “Settings” section inside the Sandsoll app and clicking on “Delete Account”.
- Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly at support@sandsoll.com with your registered mobile number. We will process your deletion request within 7 to 14 days business days.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
